Parking: Free parking is available in the parking garage at the Armada Hoffler Harbor Center on East Queens Way off of Eaton Street, the Hampton Mariners Hotel Garage on Settlers Landing Road adjacent to the Hampton Mariners Hotel (formerly the Radisson), and the public lot between Eaton Street and Wine Street across the street from the festival site at Mill Creek Park.
